First of all, THANK YOU for all of the Cuban recs. I got so many emails and messages so thank you, thank you, thank you! It really helps so much.
I've decided to pack a bunch of dog treats and just carry them in my purse with me everywhere we go. I know this probably won't help that much in the big scheme of things, and I'm probably doing it more for me than anyone else... but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. If by the end of the trip I have an entire pack of strays following me around I won't be mad.
I was hoping to write something useful today, like a post about being first-time home owners, or even answering some of the "how do you start your own business" questions I've been getting quite a bit lately, but instead I'm going to write a very helpful post called "My Favorite Weekend Bags."
It's not as bad as it sounds. Who am I kidding, yes it is.
I'm sorry, I'm just having trouble focusing today. For starters, I've been to four banks already this morning looking for euros. I'm an idiot and didn't realize this usually takes 3-5 business days because a bank has to order them in. So instead I'm going to have to head downtown to the one Chase bank in Chicago that has euros on site in the next hour so Chris doesn't get irritated with me for forgetting this one small thing. I can already feel our typical pre-vacay argument brewing. We're so predictable it's adorable. *not adorable.
Traveling is fun.
Ohh I just thought of a new post idea: What We're Like As A Travel Couple! I may have to run this one by him first...
Anyway, humor me and pretend to care about my favorite travel bags for today.
First and foremost, the ESCAPE bag seen above. You can find it here.
I also just stumbled across this Herschel bag that I love. Found here.
This Sole Society bag from Nordstrom.
And I love a good polka-dot bag from Target.
And I've had on my eye on this Longchamp Le Pliage bag forever! It's a little pricey, but the reviews on it are phenomenal. I see it in airports all of the time lately so it must be pretty great.
